“If you can’t ride two horses at a time at once, you shouldn’t be in the circus”. This is a quote that fits any occasion or any company that foray into two major gamut of Medical Fraternity. SUNNIVA LIFE SCIENCE was to choose a path in its year of christening -2007.
SUNNIVA took its cue from its predecessors and plunged head on into the Dermatology and Diabetology segments. Guided by the stalwarts in the field of Marketing and Sales, mustered the strength to step in the whole arena.
The Diabetic capital of this world, SUNNIVA’S determination was colossal to succeed. The momentum gathered pace to launch an allied segment which overlaps as well deviates widely from the precursor, thus opening the vista of the Dermatology segment.
The challenge was to propel both the segments and take it forward without delusion. Multiple hands and brain conglomerated to render SUNNIVA its final shape.
The operation is still in search of excellence and will continued.
Vision
Today the Dermatology segment has grown leaps and bounds. Many organizations have forayed in this gamut introducing new and novel molecules. The competition is intense and every company is striving to occupy a space. The growth from Clinical Dermatology to Cosmetology, Tricology, Immunology and the list is ever expanding.
Sunniva has been consistently bolstered the product range to compete in the congested space. The intension is to achieve sufficiency in every field of Dermatology.
The prime concern of Sunniva is not only the individuality but tune the formulation that is affordable to all the sector of the population. The drugs are calibrated with precision as not to leave a hole in the pockets of a common person. The search to improve the formulations of Sunniva Qualitatively & Quantitatively is a part of daily routine.
The faculty of design and product up-gradation and presentation has been put on overdrive to deliver the finished goods at par with Indian Pharma giants.
The ultimatum and the road map have been clearly laid by the Medico Marketing Department to establish a minimum of One Hundred Formulations in the next two to three years. The signature and the stamp of Sunniva in every formulation will depict the character of the effort.
CLIENTELE INGESTION
A galore of activities & events are a part of Sunniva’s field personnel to impress the client and retain them. Participation in CME’s is a virtue in this Organization. However, the last two years forced to shelve much such attendance in lieu of safety concern and well being of the clients.
Sunniva believes that “CUSTOMER IS THE KING”. Every department in the company is trained to adapt to handle crunch situations. The democratic and vibrant Management is tolerant to constructive criticism that prevents ambiguity in Clientele Management.
At Sunniva the Birthdays, Wedding, Hospital/Institution/Nursing-Home/Clinical Anniversaries are encouraged to celebrate with hilarity. This tool is kept sharpened all the time to optimize customer satisfaction.
SUPPLY CHAIN
The engineering of Supply Chain is an art in Sunniva and monitored Day-In and Day-Out. The sole purpose of this ardent scrutiny is that not a single Prescription should be un-attended. This imperial notion is for Customer, Client and Consumer satiety.
The plan is to establish Sunniva Depot in every State Capital or vantage position to keep the supply chain robust. The implementation of this plan is live
FABRICATION
The Manufacturing of a Dermatology Formulation demands lot of finesse and expertise. Hence, the selection and adaptation of the Manufacturing unit, an arduous task for consistency of character of the finished goods was finalized by our Medico Marketing Department. The emphasis was laid on the trait of Quality Excellence and Graceful Presentation. Every aspect goes through minute investigation and surveillance for Client and Consumer Gratification. Erroneous Manufacturer and Manufacturing Practice were dislodged periodically to maintain sturdy progress.
The Medico Marketing Department continuously invests lot of time and effort to deliver the best.
